These terms govern your use of the mechademy.com website. Commercial use of the Turbomechanica® platform is governed separately by your signed master services agreement, which takes precedence over these terms in case of conflict.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping at volumes that disrupt service, attempting to bypass security, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the site to transmit unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The Turbomechanica® name, logo, content, and software are owned by Mechademy Inc. and its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to any Mechademy IP except as explicitly agreed in writing.
Demo and contact submissions
By submitting a demo request or contact form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorised to share it on behalf of your organisation. We handle submitted information per our privacy policy.
Third-party content
Logos, case-study excerpts, and customer references appear with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Content is for general informational purposes and does not constitute engineering, safety, or operational advice for any specific installation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mechademy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Liability arising from the Turbomechanica® service is limited under your master services agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
