How we use information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule demos, deliver the services you contract from us, send relevant product updates (you can opt out at any time), and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.

Customer process data

When you operate the Turbomechanica^® platform, process and equipment data you ingest remains your data. We act as a processor under your instructions and treat it under the terms of your master services agreement.

Security

Mechademy is ISO 27001:2022 certified and SOC 2 Type II audited. We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, enforce least-privilege access, and maintain a documented incident response process.

Sub-processors

We use a limited set of vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics). The current list is available on request.

Your rights
